Offer legalities
Complete newb question here, but we had our house listed for a day and already got a verbal offer and we accepted, however nothing is signed on paper. We have more showings coming up and if one of them offers more money can we legally take it and kibosh the 1st offer? I know is kind of a dick move, but is it technically allowed? Neither they or us have realtors (Comfree) either if that makes any difference
