When Calgary gets their new building, and the draft is held in Calgary, I hope Calgarians show their class and give Bettman a standing ovation. Without him the Flames don’t survive the dark days and the currency imbalance. All Canadian teams owe him a debt of gratitude, and I hope Calgary fans would respect the man for everything he has done to save the game in the cradle where the game was born and matured.
