ServPro car wash behind Heninger near the 39th Ave Ctrain station. Individual heated indoor bays. Cars line up single file outside. $2 per 2+ minutes and they don't cheap out on the soap.

No more car wash gear grinding.

Newsflash jackass, your truck is going to look like #### by the time you get it home, just like the rest of us. Winter washes should be restricted to wand soap and rinse only

And then there's the guys who shammy dry their vehicle afterwards for an extra dose of wasted time. But at least they don't take up the wash bay doing that and I can just laugh at them as I drive by
I am that guy you hate, and I have no shame about it. I take my time in the car wash and do a good job. Also as someone else mentioned, in this weather you can wash your vehicle and it'll stay clean.

I like to take good care of my truck and will continue to spend as long as I want in the car wash

I distinctly remember someone getting *very* butthurt over this.

Being an inconsiderate ####### exists and etiquette exists, regardless of first come first serve.

It really depends on the context to make a judgement. Was it busy? What time of day? Was there a line up? How long did the guy take? What was the weather like? Slushy? Snowing? Or just cold and midwinter dry?

People don’t have to cater to the whims of others, especially if being impatient but that doesn’t mean all rules of politeness get tossed out the window. There’s a middle ground here.
