The goals against Rittich weren't his fault. But needed that save in OT.

0% save percentage after the 2nd period, shows how Flames lost out on two points.

2nd goal was bad too IMO. Tipped, but from very far out, plenty of time to reset. It happens, but it sucks.

sabres scored on all their chances in the third. they had 2 total shots on goal and 2 total attempts

Rough night for Rittich. Leaving lots of room up high, but I'm sure he and the goalie coaches know this. Shore it up, move on. Happy we got a point!

And I’m okay with that. He was good against Arizona and Rittich has looked kind of average lately.

Hope Rittich gets the net again immediately to make up for the game. I wont be mad when we lose while completely outplaying the competition.

Not often I say this but that was an absolute failure to perform their duties by the Backlund line. Eichel ran their show all night. Embarrassing performance.

Bit of a knuckle ball though, not as easy as you seem to think.

Can't win them all. Buffalo took advantage and got lucky. Rittich also had a stinker.

I mean, I guess I can take solace in the fact that we’ve only dropped to 30-13-5.

Huge point, especially if the Sharks end up losing tonight.

Flames were by far the better team in that game, but the Sabres were incredibly opportunistic and seemed to get every bounce. Ullmark played really well and kept his team in it when it looked like the Flames were poised to put this one away. Kudos to him for a hell of a game.

Flames were terrible in OT though. Johnny should have just taken the shot on the 3 on 1.

Oh well, can't win 'em all. Take the point and destroy the Wings on Friday.

These games happen.

Glad to get a point, expect a driven squad against Detroit.

Also hope they go right back to Rittich.

1st goal: breakaway
2nd goal: off a stick and in
3rd goal: screened by Okposo after a giveaway
4th goal: beauty shot by Eichel

could argue that Rittich could of had the last one, but can't really blame him on the other ones. Flames played alright, can't win them all.
