Default Button's top prospects

This could go in the prospect sub forum but it always sparks good discussion.

https://www.tsn.ca/russian-wingers-t...ects-1.1241872

Notes:
- The lone Flames in the top 50 is Dillion Dube at 48. I don't think anyone would be surprised by that.
- The Flames top 5, according to Craigy B are Dillon Dube, Kylington, Eat Bread, Phillips, Parsons. I assume he consider Andersson now graduated
- The Oilers don't have a single prospect in the top 50 including former first rounders Kailer Yamamato and Evan Bouchard. No good. #shouldadraftedDobson

Another interesting note is Adam Fox is at #12.

Will be interesting to see where his trajectory takes him.

Ouch. Edmonton with none on his top 50. The future is bright.

No prospects in the top 50 but willing to trade their 1st round pick and Puljujarvi for a shot at the wildcard spot.

Never. Change.

It’s becaus they can’t draft any top 50 prospects what good is your crappy player and a pick if it doesn’t translate into prospects

If Bouchard isn’t in your top 50 prospects list you’ve made a mistake imo

I don’t even think that the Oilers can ruin him

He sees the ice so well, he’ll be an impact PP contributor at the very worst

Also hahahahahaha to Terry at 5

He’s basically Mangiapane

Kinda weird that the TSN articles says "the Flames & Oilers have no players in the top 50" but yet Dillion Dube is #48. I don't really understand that?

And when you factor in his late birthday his points for a draft eligible blue liner that some boasted about isn't that impressive.

Ty Smith drafted 17th is a better prospect, elite skater.

Well I sent Craig Button a Tweet and he just corrected the part about the Flames not having any players in the top 50

I'm not big on Smith but feel like there were better choices
Wahlstrom is having a tough time but would have given them a high end forward prospect
But the guy I think they should have taken is Dobson.

Fox was an incredible 3rd round draft pick by the Flames. It seems to me more and more that he had the value of a first round pick in that trade.

Maybe this is part of the reason Carolina is looking at trading Dougie.

Superb troll job by Clan Button. Release the prospect rankings that is devoid of oilers JUST after chia let’s slip he is shopping his “prospects”.

If they are considering trading Hamilton because of Fox, they are flat out idiots.

If Fox EVER becomes Hamilton, it will be a homerun. He is just as likely to never make it as an NHL regular.
