Good morning, rise and shine everyone as there are 2 early games to start off the day. What a Sunday for those in the SN West area, it's a quadruplet header with the Flames game! There is only one game that does not involve a western conf. team so keep an eye on each game as 7 points separates 1st to 8th place in the west. Most of the games are nationally televised so all of them are listed.
The Knights are climbing up the western conf. standings as they are 9-2-1 in their past 12 games.

Not much here as both teams are currently 7 or 8 points back of 8th place in their respective conferences.

The Sabres have definitely cooled off after their hot winning streak ended.

Many of us here are hoping for the upset win by the Bhawks. The Sharks have the weakest record of the top 8 western teams in the past 10 games. ______________________________________

Laine vs. Stamkos, should be a good one. Tampa Bay has great line combinations. The Lightning start off the western Canada road trip and most of us hope they win this game.

It's the first time this season that these two teams play each other. Yes, take a shower before and after the game as we'll want the Canucks to win in reg time. I just don't get Sportsnet here, this game should be part of a Hometown Hockey national doubleheader, just like last Sunday. This is an all canadian match up and there is no reason that this is a regional game. Wake the bleep up SN!
I don't trust those scumbag California teams not to win out the rest of the year and take the division if the Flames hit a skid. It's happened too many times before.
Edmonton will probably come back down to earth, and I have no idea what to make of Vegas. But it's crazy how many teams in the Pacific just seem incapable of losing in regulation lately.
