No matter how much the Ducks stink, they will somehow always find a way to fluke their way to victory agains the Flames.

The tide has turned. The Ducks were winning (but not always) when they were a really good team.

Lots of times it doesn't even matter how good or bad the respective teams are playing.

Ricochets flying off 5 different players and into the Flames net, centre ice dribblers taking a weird hop, Gibson being saved by pucks zipping straight across the goal line and bouncing off the post and out, I feel like I've seen Anaheim pull every stupid Harlem Globetrotters trick out of their butts and win. They could lose every game for the rest of the season and I still wouldn't be comfortable playing against them and whatever weird-ass warlock volcano-god hex they have against the Flames.

I wish them nothing but Oilers-level misery.

For some reason I don't sweat them any more. Hell GG beat them in their building.

Final scores

3 at 4 in regulation time

The Hurricanes have reappeared on the playoff radar, now just 5 points back of the Sabres and Islanders who are tied for the final two playoff spots. Carolina is 7-3-0 in the past 10 games. Aho with 2 goals for the Hurricanes. Jeff Skinner scored against his former team. Nice celebration when Carolina won, it was bowling with a helmet and all the players fell for a strike.

The Jets scored 13 seconds into the game and again with 2 seconds left in the 1st period. The Jets lead the league in first and last minute goals in a period with 21. Winnipeg had a 3-0 lead before the Red Wings tried to make a come back. Glendening with a SHG and Cholowski with a PPG made it close until Connor scored the empty net goal. Brossoit made 33 saves for the win and the Jets remain 4 points back of the Flames.

The Ducks were shot down starting in the 2nd period and were sitting the rest of the way. It's a brutal losing streak they're on, 0-7-3 in the past 10 games. Malkin with 4 points and Guentzel gets the hat trick. Gibson can only do so much in net for the Ducks as he faced 36 shots.

It's so fun to watch the ducks squirm. Hopefully this is just the start of it.

I look forward to the day Dallas Eakins is announced as Ducks coach.

Like a lot of questions to Torts, aimed at getting a testy reaction versus a real answer.
