Correct that Vegas reportedly asked to wear whites at home.

With respect to fancy stats, I would like to add for context that not all shots of the same danger category are equal - Arizona looked really bad. Then they piled up a few shots but nothing really dangerous. (Smith to his credit stopped everything he should have.)

As for the Yotes, Janko’s 2 goals? One was a cross crease tap in where he was left uncovered. The shorty, he was basically 1 on 4, spun off of a few Yotes behind the net and brought it out front and through the crease unopposed. Smith fortunately didn’t face anything remotely like that.

Having said that, at the same time as Arizona’s skaters were bad, Raanta was not sharp either. Hanifin’s first was a bad angle play trying to pass to Hathaway and went off Raanta.

Rough night for Peters’ face. One of the funnier pressers I have seen.

Chayka was so impressed with the Coyotes game that he shipped out Strome and Perlini after the game.

Yeah they had the shot attempts, but didn't have the scoring chances or high danger categories to your point.

Everything on net in the last half of the game, few of any danger at all.
