The ad itself wasn't made by Trump's campaign, it was just some random thing they reposted... Trump's campaign took it down and is trying to say some staffer was careless and didn't read it closely.
Trump though said only he and Scavino have access to his TS account, so that is a lie. Or Trump lied. Mind you Trump reposting something without vetting it is totally plausible.
For court looks like Trump's team has rested, jury is out until next Tuesday for closing arguments.

Sadly, whatever happens with any of these trials, none of it matters. The guy is never going to face any consequences and he's still gonna run for president regardless. He'll maybe end up paying a few fines and settling various lawsuits against him, etc.. but he'll never see the inside of a jail cell. The U.S. justice system is a complete joke. By all rights this sack of s*** should be behind bars by now just for treason alone.
