Yeah, when I saw those initial prices it was mindboggling. I was thinking if you get 700 consider yourself lucky. It just wasn't that big of a house. I drive by it every day, so I've been wondering about it.

Yeah, that house is about 2 from mine and across the street. I think the husband passed and the wife put it up soon afterwards. It was done up very nice and backs onto the creek valley.

1429 4 St NW - super curious to see what this one sold for as it is 1 street up from me and the original listing appeared to market it more for an investment opportunity to tear down and build. I know it was reduced a couple of times but has the sold sign now. Thanks!
