SebC is correct.
Also, I find fisheye lens a little too one dimensional.
Sure it's cool for a different view, but it gets old really quick.

I'm sure a lot of you have heard of this site, but if you haven't, it's a really good source of information, even if it's a canon forum. The concepts are the same.

Running with Pete & Ruby on a wind-blown but barren hillside west of Chain Lake earlier this morning . . . .
Pete leans into the wind . . .
A few days ago, Pete on Chain Lake, also a very windy day there . . .

Some of you guys should get your photos on http://roadsidepeek.com Great retro photos from the road.
And yeah I haven't been around for so long that I'm now confused about Regulator/wittynickname and Natalie from Pittsburgh/wittynickname. I thought Morley was her dog for some reason Oh boy.

Any tips on shooting a football game (settings wise)?
Going to the gator bowl tomorrow and want to have a basic idea of the settings before I get there

Depends on what sort of shot you're going for, but typically you would want largest possible aperture, fast shutter speed (~1/250), and bump up ISO if needed to get the shutter speed you require to freeze the action.

That's an amazing "past vs present" shot of Calgary, with our newest tower looking down on a broken down important piece of our history. I feel like that should be used professionally somewhere in town.

More pics from this last spring using 35 1.8 lens. There were so many bees on the lavander it was just a matter of waiting for one to land on the stem closest to me.

Haha, that reminds me of the famous "colored chairs" of Ingonish, Nova Scotia.
