Good for him! I always loved him as a prospect for the Flames, but I never thought that he would end up having an NHL career. He most certainly is an NHL'er and has been useful on the Panthers. Just a really good story IMO, and really difficult for me to dislike him.

Good for him as an undrafted free agent. I like how the Lomberghini nickname has stuck as well.
Looking at his stats, i was surprised to see he was almost a PPG in 2019/20 in Stockton (20 points in 21 games). Fair to say his game has continued to progress, and he can do more than just skate around and hit people. And while he'll never be a skill guy in the NHL, he clearly knows how to contribute in other aspects of the game.
His teammates absolutely love him. The camaraderie is a big factor with the Panther's success right now, and he's a guy who goes through brick walls for his team and teammates. Hard not to appreciate that.
Glad to see he gets a couple more years for 4th line duty. He definitely adds something when he's in the lineup

Good for him! I'm surprised he still has a role and now a new contract in the NHL. This goes to show how much hard work and character make a difference.
Beat me to it. Man, the refs had to step in and restrain Lomberg first to save Kassian's life again. The thanks they get is a few punches in the back, then a not stop stream of "f*** you, go **** yourself".
