Kylington absolutely gave the puck away. Put it right on a Jet stick and discombobulated everyone.
We're obviously talking about two different plays. The one I'm talking about is the one where Cassie said what she did in my previous comment. The replays on that call show clearly that Kylington was exceptional there while being checked by two Jets and still managing to put it right on the tape for Tanev. If there was a "mistake" Tanev was the one who "gave it away".
It has to about the injury. His stick has gone limp. At least 50% of the time the puck comes to him he turns it over. Noticeable last year and this year that he's lost the quickness and power in his stick. For sure the worst passer and for sure the worst at turning the puck over. Hopefully his health, strength and stick abilities are coming back.
