I liked it especially because it goes beyond just being a nod to a previous show. They're alluding to Coulson essentially being a "doll" implanted with the original Coulson's memories.

It's always cool to see the dynamics between the different pairings as well. Coulson and Jemma was awesome. But May and Ward were especially interesting heh.

So the first episode of the month was on last night, personally I thought it was fantastic and creepy and set the pace for the rest of the season.
And you can never go wrong with Bill Paxton
For any of you that watched

Never really like Bill (good in aliens, hated him in Twister) but he was excellent last night, great guest addition.

Holy crap, last nights episode was one of the best hours of T.V. that I've seen in a long time.
With Spoilers and matching with Winter Soldier

I haven't watched Winter Soldier yet. I plan to. Should I hold off watching the latest SHIELD episode until I've seen the movie?

The problem is that if you watch this episode it takes place just after Winter Soldier and they talk about what happened so you'll spoil the crap out of yourself.
