Even with those two, the forward group only totalled 8 SOG.

I for one hope Chia makes another move sacrificing the future to try to save his job pushing for a wild card spot only to fall JUST short. It's all but certain he's gone in the off season if they don't make the playoffs but to make things even more impossible for the next GM would be hilarious.

these announcers who are so quick to announce the Oilers as something special are so pathetic. Kypreos complaining that Carter would dare hit McDavid with 4 minutes left. i liked the way the kings played him. if someone has the gif of Doughty hitting McWhiner in the face, please post it. i liked how they were laughing at him.

It's kind of scary but the Oilers are starting to move into prime draft lottery position. A few more weeks like this and they will be in the bottom 3 mix.

Good, I hope they "win" another first overall. If they can't win with McDavid on the team then nothing will help them, and I'd rather the Oilers get Hughes than Chicago or LA where he could actually become dangerous
