Previous channel navigation options:
For now, the previous button on your remote will show you the last five channels viewed; simply press OK to go to the channel you would like to watch. Coming soon will be the option to choose to either toggle between the last five channels or the last two channels viewed.

option button -> subscribed channels != option button -> favourites list -> subscribed channels
back on topic: i hate how the previous button doesn't go to the previous channel then display the 5 recent... I hate that you have to choose which channel at the moment before it goes back. But sounds like a fix is in the next release....just hate how the implemented a half feature in this release

Just upgraded from the 15 to the 25 internet service. Wow what a difference...especially the upload. I didn't think it would be that noticeable. What I am disappointed in is that I wanted the 50 service but they said it wasn't available in my area. When the tech was here he said he doesn't know why they told me that when everything is in place for the 50 service. The tech couldn't help me because the order was for 25 so he has come and gone...now I am on the line with Telus asking about the 50 service. If going from 15 to 25 was a big upgrade to me I can only assume going to the 50 service would be huge.
The 10mbps upload with the 50 service would have saved me days of uploading to crash plan.

I have the 50, and I don't think it's really all that awesome.

The difference between using my 15 and 25 was very noticeable. Esspecially with torrenting. I think that to see a lot of these benefits tho you must be wired or have good wireless with little intereference.

Is there a way to modify how the previous channel function works?
I'd like to be able to press the last channel button and have it go back without having to select the channel and then press ok.

I too would enjoy this type of feature. You'd think it would be so easy. Alas, their software engineers continue to work on the problem (see previous page).

Is anyone having this problem? It's driving me nuts and will probably result in a switch to Shaw.
My PVR'd programs always seem to stutter, or pause for 3-5 seconds, then startup. Sometimes I miss the 3 seconds, sometimes it picks up right where it left off.
This also happens, from time to time, when I rewind live tv. Even when I ffw back to live, it still pauses. Doesn't correct until I change channels.
Telus tech support has been useless. They tell me to unplug the modem and plug it in again or restart the system. It never seems to work, but this problem comes and goes randomly....sort of like a cold sore.
Had to PVR game 5 last night. Completely unwatchable.

Are you hooked up through coax or ethernet? I know when I had Telus, it was the coax connection that made my PVR'd shows freeze/stutter. Unplugging/restarting was a very short fix. Tech came out and hooked it all up via ethernet and never had the problem again.

Coax. Is the ethernet connection wireless? We can't get a phone line to either TV.

What does it do on a non-Telus server?
