Yep, if Leslie's reporting this you can pretty much mark it down as out of the Flames camp.
Really starting to look like a 3PM Tre presser where he address us with his usual one line winners.
Close but not close, were right there but couldn't get it done etc etc.

My speculation is this announcement was made because his injury is pretty bad and too much of a risk for other teams to acquire.
Edit: Unless the cost goes down and it's worth the risk.

Doesn't look optimistic regarding his injury.
