I read that all 4 games had crowds in the 17000's. That's not bad but not that great. The first XFL had larger crowds in their first few weeks. It also looks bad when only 17000 show up at MetLife stadium that holds over 80000....It makes 13000 at BMO for an Argo game looked absolutely packed.

I don't understand the mockery and hate before the actual product is on the field.
People like football, there is no football between Feb and June; this gives an opportunity to watch more football, why not give it a chance?

I saw someone at espn said that the stadium where the mls team plays, I think the red bulls, actually won the bid, but McMahon said football in New York is at MetLife
Which is just dumb thinking, like is said above the DC stadium was perfect, that's what this league should shoot for, 15-20k
I'd also go super cheap on the tickets for at least year 1, build the fanbase
Another XFL run to be cancelled under dubious circumstances?

Looking at the crowds a lot of the games wouldn't look much different if they played the games with no attendance. A lot of those announced crowds of 12,000 look like 1,200 actual people in the stadium.
