For those of you who watched, how were Klefbom and Fayne 2.0 (Larsson) last night when paired up?
did they look like 2 Giordano's playing together?

So when Reinhart is on the ice and you enter the offensive zone, swing wide down the wing then cut to the front of the net and you'll get a scoring chance.

Hilarious.

But he scored a goal so he's in line for 1st pairing minutes now.

Yeah I had hopes that work put in over the summer would have put him in a better position to grab a job this year but my hopes are fading. That really is a trade I'm sure PC would like back. Between Reinhart and Musil that's two black holes in the organizational d-man pipeline.

He needs a steering wheel to turn to the outside.

Well thought out and measured post from an Oiler fan? Well I'll be.

Maybe it's an omen Johnny will sign.

Posts point-per-game in the minors for the next two seasons and only gets a game in the NHl.

Basically if a player more than two years out from their draft and you still hear that they're working on their skating ... it's probably time to accept that they're not getting better.

Are you speaking of Shawn Heaphy? Do you remember seeing him play? (I don't.) Why did he struggle to break in to the NHL?

Well, I found the author to have written a reasonably balanced, well thought out and historically referenced article that was relatively free from the fanboyism that we have become used to.

Needless to say, the Oilers will have him removed from the Edmonton Journal as soon as possible.

Proof though that some oiler fans can neither read nor write? One of the comments.

"I think this story would have been different had you wrote it after last nights game!"

Which was the whole point of the article. Unbelievable; and yet, so believable.

Man Lucic is slow too, like turtle slow.
Lucic takes FOREVER to get to top speed. Then when he does the play is going back the other way. So glad they signed him to such a long contract.
