Flames looking for a decent PP QB on D. Voracek or D Sedin can go in return.

Entertaining offers on Cam Talbot 81 OV. Want a younger goalie or a goalie with a good contract (mainly looking at term).

Putting this on hold for a sec as I think I solved the main concern which was fixing my math error on my last trade and going deeper into a cap hole.
Couturier still might go, but I can't send much cap.
At work all day tomorrow. Not much phone time. Will reply to all Wednesday night.
Auston Matthews wants to play, so we need to shed a forward.
Matt Duchene: 75ov 26 years old with an expiring contract.
Alex Radulov: 30 years old on an expiring contract
Sean Couturier: 73ov 24 years old on an expiring contract.
Warning: Duchene is my favorite non flame, so he'll cost you more.
For all of them, I'm ideally looking for picks or prospects. Could take a lesser rated forward too. Could add something on top for a higher rated Dman. Open to ideas.

So I guess my season is over. Alex Ovechkin, James Neal, Travis Zajac, Mark Giordano, Duncan Keith, and Alex Goligoski are all available unless I can get this whole situation sorted out.
Nevermind. I'm still looking to trade a defenseman, though. And if someone wants to send me 501k this year in exchange for 501k next year, go right ahead

Adam Cracknell is available for a low pick.
Looking to trade some of my low picks for cap.

On the block
Thomas Vanek 71 OV
Brad Richardson 69 OV
Nick Schultz 65 OV
Mark Fayne 62 OV
Cam Talbot 81 OV(received lots of offers, had some good ones that are still being considered, but he’s already proven this season he can steal a game, so price will likely go up.)
Jaroslav Halak 74 OV(he’s an amazing backup who can play lots so I’m also reluctant to trade up, especially with the goalie con issue, need a bit more than the offers I’ve gotten)
Willing to use cheese in deals if you can’t afford guys.

Devils need a shakeup. Anyone available in the right deal, looking for value. Open to ideas, PM works best.

Not one D rated 68ish available for a 2nd? I find that hard to believe. If I didn't need a D and had some to spare, I would jump all over trading a guy in that range for a 2nd.
So let me ask again,
Is anyone at all interested in acquiring a 2019 2nd for a below average 68ish D?

In the CPHL a 68 dman is basically a #4 guy, so second pairing. So I can understand why folks aren't moving that type of thing for a 2nd that's a year out. D seems tougher to find than O.

Did the ratings shift a bit this year? Last year players seemed to have higher overalls

I had a feeling you would say that but I disagree with you. I have Tuytin at 67OV and if the shoe was on the other foot I would trade him in a heart beat for a 2nd. What a steal! There have to be guys out there (expensive, UFA etc) that are rated around a 68 that would not cost more than a 2nd.
Don't look now, offers started pouring in!
St. Louis was the first one to send a PM, he wins the 2nd round pick sweep stakes! Thanks Drop It!

but if that player is in the top 4 for that team a second may not be enough if it hurts their ability to win
