I was around in the 70s and was a leader in the Disco Sucks army

Yeah it's terrible, but that's kinda the point. I don't think the goal song is meant to be all that triumphant; if it were, there'd be more orchestral goal songs. I think the goal song is meant to be something silly that gets everyone in a good mood. Chelsea Dagger isn't triumphant. But it's irritating and awesome and I love it.
Whatever noise we've got going on now is just... It ####s with the tone of everything. I don't like it.
