If Yandle gets any part of the body with that slash, that’s minimum 15 games.
The league has to get away from whether an injury happens or not. Suspend the intent.

Great game tonight! I can see how the Panthers are a fun team to watch regularly, despite their record they’re fast and generate scoring chances.
Saw CP’s Shermanator leaving the game! Was a pretty good crowd, hopefully we have a similar showing and environment on Sunday.

Yeah, that should have been a charging call.

I liked him hitting the player, but I don't like he left his feet just before the hit. I hope someone tells to him about it. Don't want him to get any bad habits that could possibly hurt someone in the future.

To me it looks like he asks who are you? And then turns around and says whose that?

One thing i have noticed about Bennett this season is his acceleration and edge work to pivot or stop and go is very good. There has been many times he has dangled or been able to circle a defender. Now if his ability to finish can develop....

On a broadcast it looked like he cocked his stick back at the ref when he was getting kicked out. He was on the bench at the time. What a maniac.
edit: I watched it again and I think it was just a quick anger fueled moment. Not at the ref.

Wrong.
29-13-4 is different than 29-17-0.
29-13-4 is identical to 31-15-0. (Assume same number of ROW)
62 points in 46 games is .674 winning percentage.

The Flames need to get him a shooting coach. A lot of his chances come from close in so he needs to work on accuracy, and a quick release and not necessarily on shooting harder. He shoots hard from further out and often misses the net.

I would suggest Bennett should have hired his own shooting coach and been working all summer to improve his shot/release. He has improved many parts of his game but his shot is still below average by NHL standards. Not dangerous at all.
Edit: it’s possible he did and this is what the result is, but the point stands. Heck, if Lance Bouma can snipe 15 goals, Benny still has time to hit 20 before his career is done.

He needs to hire the guy Jake Virtanen hired. Noticeable difference in his play with the puck and it is leading to much more offence
