Default Anyone here have experience wiring electronics?

I'm looking at building a CNC router (basically, a big computer-controlled wood-router robot). While an industrial-quality CNC router starts at about $15,000, there's a pretty big community of DIY CNC enthusiasts who build these in their garages. I can do most of the assembly of it, but one thing I'm worried about is wiring the electronics. I think I'd be willing to pay someone to wire it together for me, rather than risk screwing it up and frying some expensive component. It would basically be wiring together a circuit board, three stepper motor controllers, power supply, and the stepper motors; the kit I'm getting will have circuit diagrams and such. Anyone here have experience with this sort of electronics wiring?
