I'd just like to post one commandment...well not really a commandment, a constitutional law instead that should shoot this stupid #### down in a heartbeat.

First Amendment to Bill of Rights:Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

The evidence against him must be so damning that Fox lawyers are expecting them to lose the Smartmatic lawsuit as well. Couple with he probably wasn't obeying Murdoch's directive to tone things down a lot and the amount Tucker is costing Murdoch in terms of advertisement revenue and lawsuits outweighs any profits Fox can make.
