huge game for both teams as they desperately needs points to stay in the playoff picture.....jets will likely arrive in town a with mixed emotions as thye lost last night up in stinktown, but the jets will also be happy becasue they are no longer in stinktown.
flames have got to be looking for redemption/revenge after losing to the jets to close out last season.
flames 15 - jets 6 with several safeway million dollar score and win winners

Kind of crazy how the Jets are still mired in mediocrity after all these years. They have a good prospect pool but their original core is due for large raises and you have to wonder bad they will want to extend these guys when they haven't really accomplished anything. Almost seems like the Oilers (on a lesser scale of course) as one core fails and they move on to the next while never taking that next step. They should be better this season.

They are a team with few holes but the pieces in place are fairly average. They're right where I thought they'd be. Their division is killer.
Also they play like an immature team. They go around looking for hits and retribution for hits on their players. Easy to take off their game. 3rd this year in PIM with "games in hand" on 1 and 2.

I would be shocked if that game was on anyone's mind considering a good chunk of the regulars didn't play in that game, it was a mean nothing game. Basically a preseason game.

I'd like to think we'd like to get redemption(especially one K.Ramo) for that late defeat to the Jets earlier in the season. Solid 1-1 going into the last few minutes, he gives up a softie and we lose 3-1. Time to get back on track with a win, however it happens.

He was pretty bad the last couple of games. On the top line he tends to try to do too much instead of keeping his game simple.
