In their defense, I'm guessing most Oiler fans would even admit that their prospect depth at forward isn't too great. They have a couple potential studs on the blueline, and their best young forwards are already in the NHL. I don't see too many Oiler fans these days bragging about their prospect pool.

I didn't see him on the ice at all at all in the third. He's proven himself against this level of talent already so it seems like the coaches are giving the other prospects a closer look which is exactly what they should be doing.

Following up on Kehatch's post I came across the scoring summary, http://canucks.nhl.com/club/page.htm?id=63786. Should be noted that Granlund posted 6 SOG tonight.
