Hopefully both teams offer to shovel money at Williams to get their way.

I think Albon makes more sense, given he already has experience in F1 he could bring to Williams.

I knew there wouldn’t be any passing but I at least expected some strategy with all the crashes and safety cars.

Once F1 fixes the aero and the budget issues, they need to work on racing at proper good tracks. Too many duds. Monaco, Spain, Zandvoort, Hungary, Russia. Paul Ricard is usually boring but was good this year, Abu Dhabi is the worst track but may improve, Saudi Arabia looks awful, Miami is not likely to be passing friendly.

When half the tracks on the calendar are designed to be purely processional and overtaking is near impossible, what’s the point in changing the cars and evening out the spending?

Bottas being low key belligerent could get real entertaining if this championship goes to the end.

I think it can be a great track, like Monaco it's a blast to drive (in the games it is, drivers seem to think the same) but watching it irl sure didn't produce exciting racing.

Have to see how it goes next year with different cars

I actually didn't mind that race, would have liked to see more wheel to wheel, but the strategy was giving me hope for something near the end. Track looks really fun to drive.

I enjoyed that. Didn't expect much movement in the top 3, which proved true. But there was some decent action midfield at times. The drivers clearly love the track.

As a Lewis fan, I love this going down to the wire. It'll keep my paying attention to all the late races as opposed to being a bit burned out come November.

Was hoping we'd see better battles. Seems they are just unable to follow. The track looks a tonne of fun to drive, but not great racing. Maybe the new cars next year will fix this.

It's official now, Bottas to Alfa Romeo. More than a 1 year contract too.

I thought so too. Kinda reminded me of a go kart track.

The lines into T3 were awesome to watch.

Also, Nico Rosberg still sucks. He's being a dick to everyone he interviews.

Inevitable I suppose. But damn what a story it would have been if Russell stuck with Williams and brought them back to glory.
