Barely above league min, for a guy who's been great in the A bit hasn't shown anything yet on the big stage.
Low risk, potential for some kinda reward.
Probably better than Oesterle.

Milstein has a lot of Flame guys: Sharangovich, Vladar, Kuzmenko, Solovyov, Nikolaev, and Pospisil.
He also has Zadorov, and basically announced the trade request.
