I'm definitely in. I've been wanting this kind of thing (GM Connected) for years ever since Madden got it.

79.99 seems high... Wasn't it always 69.99?

NHL moments live sounds cool... They used to have this in NCAA Football , where you change the outcome of big games in the history. It was pretty fun.

BestBuy was listing pre-orders at $59.99 when I was there today.

This. Right there. Enough for me.

Fewer games against our friends in Quebec will be so much more enjoyable

I'm guessing that means Clement and Thorne will have a commentator-gasm whenever one of my playmakers scores a goal.

Overall that list sounds pretty cool, even though many of them aren't exactly new. The skating sounds interesting. Nice to hear the cpu might actually take some penalties this year!

Finally fixing the skating. Hated the fact that there was no speed boost. Also I still don't understand why there's no stats for forwards and backwards skating. Lastly I also want there to be a noticable difference in the turning radius between the great skaters and the terrible ones. Players like Crosby should be able to start and stop easily whereas guys like Parros should have a tougher time.

They've had speed boost for the last couple of years. Only it's called hustle.

I was glad they got rid of the speed burst, in the end it was way to easy to get a step on a defensemen by speed burning through the nuetral zone and then cutting in front of the net. It was one of the biggest exploits in the game.

The hustle feature especially without defense does work well.

It sounds like the speed burst/hustle in 13 is the same as it is currently unless i'm reading it wrong.

Add me to the list of people that hope they develop the game for the Vita as well. It is doubtful in my mind though since EA never seems to make NHL games except for the main systems.

It sounds different than it is now.

If you use it in 13 it sounds like your shot or pass will be less accurate the worse a player is, so only top level talent will be able to do either well when using the boost. It also sounds like players will have less control cutting to the net when using boost.

Also I believe in 12 you can't use the "hustle" L3 button when you have the puck, I thought you could push the puck ahead of you and that was it. I could be wrong though, wouldn't be the first time.

Im wondering how wonky these new physics are going to make things. Typically the first year things are implemented its buggy as hell and full of exploits.
