I think the solution is to break up Rogers in half. I don't want an American provider destroying a bunch of Canadian jobs, and the best solution is to stop mergers and encourage the growth of Videotron and Sasktel.

Break Rogers into 2 pieces, give 20% of their company to Videotron, a bunch of cheap spectrum, and let them go national.
