From one camera angle, it didn't even look like Gio's shot was going in until Bieksa deflected it.

I'll be setting up a CP crowdfund to get GG a stick to throw before every game.

Could be 5-0. Flames absolutely dominating. GG stick throw for MVP?

Keep shooting boys. Gibson looks a little shaken.

Keep up this pace and intensity, no stupid penalties and I'll be a happy chappie.

The key now is to keep their foot on the gas. Don't give the Ducks even an inch.

Indeed don’t give them an inch, gotta have a killer instinct and set the tone for the rest of the season.

“That ‘Ferklund,’ or whatever his name is, was running around trying to get something going. It’s not the first time we have seen that in playoffs," he added. "We have played against Ben Eager and some other dumb-dumbs like that before. So we know how to handle that.”

-Bieksa, April 2015.

For the record, Bieksa has no goals, 5 assists, and is minus 6 this year.
Ferland has 23 points including 17 goals. Ferland also seems to have a knack of scoring when Bieksa is playing.

Suck it Bieksa!

I did the math a while ago, Kulak gets his shots blocked or misses the net on like 70% of his shot attempts. He really could work on improving this.

The rest of the Flames d are around 30-40%
