I know there was some talk between Calgary and Ottawa. I don't know how far it went.

Calgary is one of the places he would be happy to be.

Gaudreau said he would love to play in Philly. Pretty much every player ever has probably said they would love to play somewhere. That does not mean they are actively trying to get themselces traded.

To summarize - Jiggy is close with someone in the Stone family, knows that Mark Stone has indicated he would like to / be open to playing in Calgary, and that discussions between Ottawa and Calgary have occurred about Mark Stone but there was no indication of how far those discussions got.

Still have questions as to any specific knowledge about Mark Stone wanting to play here but man would it be awesome to have him here.

I’d happily trade 19 1st + Kulak + Bennett + Mangiapane for Mark and the Sens might want to recoup a first rounder knowing it’s going to be a long year and a potential lottery pick going to Colorado.
