If the thing from the Incesticide cover comes out and sues, now that will be news.
The baby man is funny though. How much do you want to bet that most people in his circles wouldn't even know it was him on the cover if he didn't tell them first. It's not like you would recognize him, like hey dude, you look like the baby from that Nirvana album cover. If people do, then he probably has bigger problems (or a smaller one if it's his sexual partners that notice the resemblance first).

There is a small portion of the population that has their organs on the opposite side. It's a rare condition with no known serious health issues.

He's suing because the band or at least the remaining members of it brushed him and his art show off. Basically he tried to capitalize on the bands and they said no so he sued. Doubt it goes anywhere the guy sounds like a total wank.
