His per 82 games numbers are around 45-50 points with very minimal pp time since he came to vancouver

A 45 point winger is a quality 2nd line winger, if he can stay healthy and get into the 55 point range with more pp time, he becomes a very strong 2nd line winger

except he's never actually played 82 games in a season...

45 is a projection. His highest total with Van is 35 points - if he ever does 45, then you can make the argument he's a second line winger, until then he's not

Name one playoff team where you could make the case that they would look at their roster and say "Baertschi makes our top 6 better"
