Glad to win Bailey. Looks like I decently overpaid though.
Happy to pick up Raanta. Koskinen and Raanta will be a great tandem.

only had ~2m to play with and wasn't sure which forward to target ... was between Staal, Radulov, Eller and Zuccarello. Was close to choose Radulov but switched to Eller late, glad I did. Happy to add him to my middle-six.

Help, save, whatever.
I put in a cheap bid for Calle Jarnkrok. I really think he is going to do awesome in Seattle. Good deal for the Sharks.
Holl to the Leafs. Where he belongs.
I guess I'm cheap.

Didn't have much to work with but happy to address two needs:
- a mega cheap goalie. I have Shesterkin in the AHL but making $2.5M (betting he's ready to be a starter next year) and that's too much for a back-up. So needed a guy to just ride the pine for a cheap salary
- A veteran depth forward.

Grabbed Holden and Radulov...both decent deals and surprised I got them!

Norm!
WEll that's dissapointing for the Blues.
Bit on Bailey, and saw the massive gap. I had the higher annual offer I think on Ellers but the lower AHL guarantee.
I guess I'll explore trade options to shore up my bottom 6

Interesting trend but so far there have been no winning bids that aren't 1 way deals.

Gotta pay for elite talent and I was really desperate to land Krug. Glad I did.

To think, at the start of the off-season you had the best d-core in the league. How the mighty have fallen

Only really wanted Raanta, and changed my bid at the last second after seeing what goalies went for in the last batch. Wrong move.
