I think people have some unrealistic expectations of bullpens. Like the Dodgers for example have more blown saves than any team in baseball. But they can actually make comebacks too so they still have a good record. The Jays are actually 2nd worst in baseball for save opportunities because when they win it’s usually by a lot. The Rangers and Orioles have more save situations than the Jays. The Jays do have one of the lowest conversion percentages so no doubt they’re not good but again not the worst.
Anyway there are blown saves in there (although Jays rack lowly there just because of lack of opportunities) and there are tied games where the Jays bullpen lets in runs. But since like shown above the Jays hitters are awful in the late innings this leads to a lot of Jays losses because we have seen when it gets to late innings we turn into the Pirates hitting wise.
So yes if we magically turn 10 blown leads into wins then we’d have by far the best bullpen in baseball for that but there is no way that happens unless you think the Jays should have 2 blown saves for this full season.

In late/close games the Jays have the second worst ERA at 5.35, the worst BB/9 at 5.83, the worst K/BB ratio at 1.71, and the 4th fewest holds. They give far to many free passes, lack the swing and miss stuff to get out of jams, and give up a ton of runs. Usually leading them to blowing the hold before they even get to a save opportunity.
It really is a cluster#### of piss poor baseball late in games. From all areas. Bad hitting, bad pitching, bad decision making.

I didn't say anything about saves.
The bullpen has blown way too many leads late in games. That's not really debatable.
Yes the hitting should be more clutch at important times as well, but the bullpen is the weakest part of the team and it's cost the Jays about 10 wins.

Funny to see all the ex Jays on the Dominican roster at the Olympics. Bonifacio, Francisco, Melky and of course Mr Joey Bats. Ears still sticking out and beard on point.

Well. Jays facing a rookie with 6 career starts and a shaky Steven Matz. Not going to hold out a lot of hope for this one tonight.

Kind of like when the Flames face a no name back up goalie.

Joey Gallo to the Yankees.
The Rays already got Nelson Cruz.
Chris Sale returning to the Red Sox.
Mariners gifting players to the Astros.
Oakland getting Marte.
There has to be a reciprocal move by the Jays at some point.

Ah the requisite plating of the initial runner faced by the bullpen.

So far not seeing a single top 10 prospect going to the Rangers for Gallo.

Just incredible to watch the Red Sox depth players consistently show up and win ball games for them. A nobody rookie hitting an inside the park homerun at a key junction? Who does that. Meanwhile we'd be happy for good AB's and not hitting into double plays.
