I'm very excited, the 2 new songs are solid and I can't wait to hear the whole new album. Never thought this would happen, had given up any hope they would reunite.

It will be interesting to see this holo type concert they put up, I'm sure next time I'm in London that I will go see it live.

The hologram concert concept sounds pretty awful. I can't imagine ever spending significant money on a pre-recorded concert. If bands want to charge me the kind of money I'm sure this will charge, they have to at least show up!

They made a whole album with 10 new songs. I think part of the plan is to make a 3rd Mamma Mia movie.

Considering how aweful the music industry is, and the stress and distractions of touring, maybe this is better for their mental health. Bonus would be they would have more time to make music. Half the acts just lip sync anyway.

Would you really want to go on a world tour with your ex-spouses?

I like the idea. most people want to see the young version of ABBA they have in their heads, not the old people in their 70's.

I'd rather pay money to see a hologram Rolling stones from the early 70's for example than pay to see what's left of them now.

This will be great in the future. I could finally see the Beatles. See Queen with Freddie Mercury. (although at my age, I'd just rather pay to watch it at home)

Most of the time at a show you're so far from the stage you can't see much of the band anyway.

For ABBA, I respect the fact they made new music and are not just doing a total cash grab hologram tour of their oldies.

personally, i could not see myself paying even $10 to see a PPV of a hologram concert; however, i will watcht eh video on youtube.

i say this from the eprsepctive of a person who has likely only gone to a dozen concerts in his life. i recetnly splurged and bought tickets to see geneisis in TO in November; however, I only did that becasue we have enough air miles to book a hotel and flight and it will be nice to get away with the wife for a weekend

The question is, would you want to go on tour with your ex spouses… for hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue?

They are already wealthy beyond any need for more.

So is almost every major recording artist/band that continues to tour and increase their net worth. Having enough money to never need to make money again is very rarely a stumbling block towards bands reuniting/continuing to tour for more millions when they don't really want to be doing it for months at a time.
