Same, actually, I take advantage of it.

Sometimes, though, you just have to sit down, grit your teeth and watch Bride Wars.

Considered the first couple of weeks as training camp.

Since we have so many people wanting to do Pro league. We might send some people down to AHL for a bit to hone their skills more if they need to work on their game to be more productive in the pro league.

I'm starting to get uber concerned that I won't be able to play with you guys too much. Let's be realistic, I didn't play much in 09 and that's when I didn't have a kid. My gaming time is down to only a few hours a week as it is! Ah well, hopefully I can find the thin line between playing games and being a negligent father.

I may pick the game up right away and play for a couple weeks, but then I will be out until basicly February when I start my QL3 in Esquimalt. Then I will have some time to get some good hokcey in. So I will play pro with you guys until then and then I may have to go to the AHL in Feb for a conditioning stint. But I hope I have earned a one way deal.

For those on the big league squad, what kind of time committment are you looking for in order to remain in good standing? 3 or 4 nights a week or 6 or 7?

Honestly time dedication isn't a big concern of mine. However if your play time is fairly limited and you'll be out of sync with the pro leaguers, casual gaming may be better suited for you.

Your pay is the satisfaction of knowing that the Fata's are the BEST PS3 EASHL team in the world. Now get practicing. We are talking about practice right? I mean, the things I do in Practice arent the same things I do in a game. We're talking about practice!

yeah, i don't think that people necessarily need to meet a quota myself, but being good requires somewhat regular play and being good with teammates does require to play with them regularly.

along with that, getting back to a different part of teh discussion, i do think the people that have played the most and shown the most dedication to the team should at least initially be the ones with most sway. its hard to deny the amount of hours that merc and chuckie have put into the fatas. both have played well over 1000 games and i think if anyone is qualified to 'lead' us it should be them. i know with the website and all i became a quasi leader last year, but i think it would help if we did have some defined structure to the team. i know initially we had talked about having like a 5 person council lead the team. we never really needed it last year as we did just let anyone play and such. but this year if we need to make decisions on who goes on what team, then maybe a council is what we need?
