They trail the Flames by 9 points after this huge win tonight, but the Flames have 2 games in hand. If the Flames win in Carolina they're up 11 points with a game in hand.

They trail the Stars and the Wild by 8 or 9 points, the Stars have two games in hand, the Wild 1 game in hand

They trail the next closest team in Anaheim and the Ducks have 3 games in hand. Every other team above them Chicago, San Jose and Colorado, all have a bunch of games in hand.

They're ahead of Vancouver by 3 points, but the Canucks have 3 games in hand.

Its more likely that I have sexual relations with Cindy Crawford then the Oilers making the playoffs.

Hopefully the Oilers will pull away from any chance of getting Dahlin who is probably going to end up in Arizona Buffalo Ottawa or Montreal.

This game just cements that Darnell Nurse is going to be a Chia headache to a team with a already bad salary structure.

The Oilers have maybe a .4% of making the playoffs.

Remember that they were bragging that he was a bonified number 1 elite defenseman last year, and he reverted back to what he actually is. A meh mid pairing guy who makes lots of mistakes.

Nurse will get paid, the pressure and his low IQ will get to him and he'll be on the trade block by half way through next year.
