Default Be The Reason This Season | Flames Foundation
The Flames have launched their Christmas Flames Foundation campaign for this year.

The first story came out this morning with the other 5 coming out by the 21st

The second video was released this morning.

Be angry about the arena debate, power play and 4th-line utilisation, but the Foundation does some great things.

Stepping away from the frustrations the team may have on and off the ice. Seeing these videos and how they help the community. It would be a massive shame if they did move.

The economy in Alberta, and in particular Calgary, is still pretty bad. Holidays are so much harder for families in need.

I would encourage everyone, no matter where you live or what your circumstance, to try and make someone else's life easier.

I adopt a Calgary Sun family every year. Give what you can and give where you think it will make the most difference. If money is tight, give of your time. Any little bit can make a difference.

Monahan mentioned his mom has been a teacher to kids with autism for 14 years. Given the type of person he is I think we all know who to thank for that.

I feel this is not the right spot for this post. Please leave this for celebrating the good the Foundation does.

That being said, the owners sponsor all events to a very high level, and the team matches all player contributions up to $25,000.00 per contribution.

I love that on my phone when I press play on the videos the ads load no problem but the actual video couldn't be bothered.

That sucks. Did I upload it incorrectly?

I re-uploaded it just now, and it plays on my iPad... hopefully it works. It’s a great one.
