Disagree. They kept battling and managed to tie it. It wasn't nearly as lopsided as you imply.

Stupid poop.

Nice comeback though. Great play by Hammer to tie it up.

Worst game as a Flame for Johnny. Absolutely embarrassing performance from him tonight, especially in overtime.

Got a point. Take it and move on.

I'm not gonna act like the Brodie penalty was entirely wrong, but the refs let everything go in the third, then decided to call that in OT. It's just weak. Huge point tonight though.

Has the league caught on to Gaudreau?

Ya it was, Blues on the very end of a road trip they sagged at the end.

We need a thread called "what is wrong with Johnny Hockey?!?!?!"

Because this isn't just a few bad games. He's gone ice cold to the point of going from potential Hart winner to liability on the ice.

Blues have won 7 straight. 6 of their wins have been by 1 goal. 5 of them in extra time (!).

I’m not sure if that’s an indictment or the mark of a good team. Guess we have to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Johnny sort of sabotaged a great game by most of the rest of the roster.

Why does he get scared with the puck against big teams? He's been fire in OT for years, suddenly looked like he wasn't sure of anything he was doing 3 on 3 tonight.

Man, a lot of unnecessary vitriol in the GT. They just battled back down 2-0 against the defending champs and picked up a point. The call on Brodie was pretty weak, especially for OT and Johnny wasn’t dynamite like he usually is in OT but to blame the loss on him is ridiculous. I’ll fight anyone who says Rittich isn’t a top 10 goalie in the league.

That is all on Gaudreau. I hope Peters calls him out in his post game.

Big game, playoff like checking and atmosphere. Count on Gaudreau being a useless liability most of the night.

Glad to get a point, disappointed that it's just another example of how this team ain't winning jack ish with this core.

They came back in the 3rd period against a very good team.

Usually would defend Johnny, but those were some weird plays attempted in OT. Really not on his game. That was a disappointing effort.

I don’t have any math to back this up, but I feel like I’d rather take the chance of letting that guy go, and Rittich making the save vs hauling him down and facing a two-minute 4 on 3.
