We bought tickets to DisneyLand in 2019 and now it seems we will not get to use them until 2022 since they will not refund us. Even if they open this summer there is no way I would go close to that place. Maybe next year.

I知 not confident travel will return to a normal enough state that I知 comfortable getting a plane this year. I致e got a good chunk of WestJet dollars & a pair of companion vouchers which I have no idea I値l get any use out of.
At this point I even stopped using my WestJet MasterCard as collecting airline dollars seems silly right now.

Given the F so far on vaccine deployment this thread should be changed to 2022.

Realistically, it was always going to be 2022.

We'll go camping. That's it. We camp with my wife's family. We did it successfully last July. Always outdoors and always windy where we go with them (major pain in the rear to put up the kid's tent though).
We go camping with close friends too. I'd prefer to just go camping twice with them. They're nicer people to be around than family. I think we'll try to go with them again. Last year, due to initial protocols we couldn't book a site close to each other because every other site was only bookable. Since not many spots were available we didn't get very close to each other. Then when they changed that every other site rule, the system was crashed by people quickly booking camping trips. Camp sites in 2020 was busier than we'd ever seen. I expect the same for 2021.

This last summer we were supposed to do a trip from Vegas or Phoenix through Zion, Moab and out to Carlsbad New Mexico but that couldn't happen but hopefully we can do it this summer.

This may be the best year ever to travel in Canada. Could potentially have vaccine by mid year, travelling abroad too difficult, minimal tourists from abroad due to restrictions etc.
I think I’ll look to spend some time at an Airbnb somewhere nice in the mountains where I can enjoy outdoors and hang out and don’t need to rely on busy indoor places to enjoy myself.

I talked to Westjet and my voucher is from last year and it is still good. I did book in November but everytime i flip a flight they keep the voucher going.
Now I wish I could add my second voucher!

The wife and I booked Mexico for November. We live to travel. So as long as we are good for the vaccine, we're good with the risks.

I am trying to fly home from Germany as my job here is done and with the recent testing requirements and AC cancelling more routes I am having a really hard time getting a decent itinerary.
This crap is insane and I am so sick of travelling in these times I will avoid any travel that leads to a quarantine for the rest of my life. This will be my fifth trip time this year.
This added test requirement and no way out of quarantine (SK bound) is just ridiculous.
However, I would fly within Canada right now, airports are dead and flights I've been on have been ~60% full. As long as the interprovincial rules allow you to move free could be a good time for a trip.

My mom is supposed to fly to Poland at the beginning of Feb for 5 months and is going through Frankfurt. I think initially her flight was direct from Calgary to Frankfurt but I believe that has been changed to go through Toronto. I'm not sure if she has actually made a final decision on whether or not to actually go.

Hoping to drive to Whitefish after Christmas. Hopefully we will see great all-around improvement by next winter. Not just for a holiday, but overall of course.

O.K. there has been a lot of talk on whether or not MacTavish has actually done a good job for us, most fans on this board are very basic in their analysis and I feel would change their opinion entirely if the team was successful.
