Default The Rise and Fall of Kevin Stevens

Wow. I remember his career derailing after smashing his face on the ground but I had no idea it was this bad.

That's a really tough watch with a very good entry. But I always hesitate in the end because of the number of people that find sobriety and then in the end relapse.

Maybe sad but thousands of stories like this. If the guy didnt shoot a puck no one here would care and he’d be no different from the addict begging for change at any given intersection downtown Calgary.

Stevens is far more fortunate than others as he has wealthy friends and a very good pension, 10's of thousands like him are either living on the street or dead.

These painkillers that doctors hand out like candy should be banned outside of hospitals or care centers, people get hooked, start to take too much and the nightmare begins.
