Bleh. Things were just getting interesting then a classic double play hit to the most perfectly placed fielder. The Rays really have incredible luck when placing their fielder's. It's one thing to play the percentages. Another to always be in the exact spot the ball is going. It's uncanny really.

Well, this is disappointing to say the least.
Thought we had a much better ball club than this, and while they are good, they are clearly outclassed in this division it would seem. Just getting their lunch fed to them by all their rivals since the Boston series.
Went into the Boston series with an 18-9 record. They're now 26-24 so they've gone 8-15 since, and been bitch slapped by the AL east going 2-12 against these teams. (0-4 BOS, 0-3 BAL, 1-3 NYY and 1-2 TBR with one more game tomorrow, probably another loss).
Just brutal.

I don’t like the Kikuchi Manoah back to back starts. Have to spread out the wild card starters.

Typical Jays inning .
Allow a SB, strikeout and wild pitch , Biggio boots a double play ball .
I would blame the manager but they were the same under the last manager. I would blame the players but we changes a bunch and it seems to be contagious
Something is just broken

This is one of the worst looking baseball teams I've seen in a while. They are just giving runs away, almost on a daily basis.

I would add that the swagger and hype around this team (which would be awesome if they were winning) is equally embarrassing when they can't make routine plays.

Would be awesome if KK stopped getting us in double plays.

Staring down the barrel of just 2 wins in 11 straight games against division rivals here, and if you factor in the 4 game sweep to the Red Sox before that NL trip it gets really nice. This could take them to 2-13 in the last 15 divisional games.

2-13 vs the AL east over tis last big stretch lol
If this is all they can accomplish with a healthy roster at what's supposed to be the pinnacle of this last rebuild we are pretty much completely fcuked and there is no two ways about it.

Like I said. The team is deeply flawed.

Must be nice for other team's fans to see their star players come up big late in a game instead of going out with a whimper.
