400 gp and 68 career points? As a forward? Huh.

I assume there's something he's good at for lasting that long.

Also, literally can't remember ever hearing of this guy.

While he can play C, don't see him doing that in Calgary. His career FO% is bad.

He is a character player. One of those guys who puts his body on the line to help win. Helps fill in some of the PK ability lost in Jankowski and Rieder leaving.

Andersson must be getting nervous. He better hope Valimaki pans out.

It's nice not to completely bank on Gawdin. Depth is nice.

Doesn't have very good 5v5 numbers, but looking at his PK numbers and they have been quite strong throughout his career.

Not a bad option for farm depth / 13th forward for league minimum.

He's played for some pretty good teams so there's that.

Flames needed a veteran penalty killer. I like that he has a bit more size than Rieder, though not a whole lot more.

Doubt this means anything for a Derek Ryan trade.

It's pretty good support for Gawdin if they plan on playing him on the 4th line.

Damn. I gambled on sureloss's thread as the first one, but after the merge it shows that TheScorpion prevailed.

I don't think the plan was ever to have Rinaldo in the lineup full time. This guy is likely the replacement for Janko/Reider. Although it would be cool if this was the precursor to a Ryan trade. Then bring in Hoffman?

To be fair, sureLoss is getting to the stage where he may be losing a step.

Still an extremely productive player.

I for one always prefer the original over the ersatz.

If we trade Ryan, I wouldn't mind us taking a flyer on Granlund. Show me contract for a couple of million.
