I think one does, as the software seems to support adding a Wii as one of your components. It has been a bit since i set mine up for the Wii but I am pretty sure it said something along the lines of 'Your model does not support bluetooth' when I tried to add it.

So the answer is appears to be yes, but not unless you buy one of the IR attachments for your PS3.
