Please don't. It's been 15 years. You don't hear Sabres fans chanting "we were robbed" when they play Dallas, do you?
It's fun to throw it out on a discussion forum, and we all are aware of the history, but to chant it in a stadium during a game is petty and juvenile IMO.
Let's try to move on from ancient history. This is a good team that doesn't deserve to have the shadow of a completely different team hanging over them.
I admire your class, but we do not forgive. We do not forget. The events of 15 years ago haunt me to this day. If their names are going to be on the Stanley Cup instead of ours, then they will have to hear about it at least once a year. Until we win it again, that is.

Going to this one. My record this year is 0-1-1. I went to the Washington OT loss and the 9-1 Pittsburgh drubbing.

I'm with you on this one. It's hard to stomach how we were screwed over on our Cup back in 2004. Our names should have been on that Cup, and it's a crime it isn't. The parade in Calgary welcoming back our team had a bigger turn out than Tampa had for winning the whole thing. I know it's water under the bridge, but you're correct that it's not easy to forget.
