LOL Bombers may very well be the worst offender. No chance they are cap compliant given the raises Collaros (highest paid player in the league), Lawler, Demski, Jeffcoat, Rose, Jefferson, Bighill have received over the past few seasons. Those players are all getting paid at the top of their respective positions.
