The US would never bomb Germany or any other European nation like that. Even the Nazis didn't bomb recklessly like this.

The first successful Nuclear test happened two months after Germany surrendered.

The Nazis basically leveled Warsaw and carpet bombed Rotterdam nearly off the map, to name a couple examples. Not even mentioning what they did in the UK.
As an aside to another post, the Dresden example is actually very poor. The number of casualties were greatly exaggerated by famous Holocaust denier David Irving in the 1960s when he was still viewed as a legitimate historian. The fire bombing of Tokyo was absolutely a war crime and a much better example of American ruthlessness during WW2.

I tried to watch some of this and maybe I turned it on at the wrong time but Biden just sounded like a grumpy old man yelling at the clouds. Had to turn away pretty quickly.

Did she say that she named one of her kids Huck? Huck Huckabee? That would be pretty brutal.

I only caught a short bit but loved how he got the GOP to stand up to support medicare. In the small portion I watched it looked like he made MTG and the rest of them look like fools. Joe was on his game there.

In the background, McCarthy's face is the real tell. He knew exactly what Biden was doing, but the Republicans on aggregate were too stupid to realize it. They all played right into Biden's hand.

Joe is a master troll. That was such a slow roll in to ####ery it was beautiful. Kevin caught on pretty quick and looked like he was dying wishing he could get MTG and the peanut gallery to shut the F up before Biden dunked his nuts on all of them, but he couldn't do anything.

Also best "WELP" smile goes to Jim Jordan, who is reflecting on how it feels to be brought to the shower by an older fellow now on the other end.

Impotent House Republicans threatening arrests.. what law did they break again? Oh right no one can say. Not to mention they can't arrest anyone. They're like the Karen screaming that you'll be arrested, drunk on their privilege.
Republicans were suddenly not irate over "government censorship" when they found out Trump asked Twitter to take down a tweet by Chrissy Teigen that he didn't like though. It's ok for the government to want negative tweets about Trump be taken down but they're so thirsty for Hunter Biden dick pics they have to hold hearings about them being removed.

^You were hoping for consistency on a Republican position? I'm curious what evidence you've seen from them over the last 40 years that indicates that was ever a possibility.

At least they seemed to be a little discrete about things, now they seems 100x worse.
Or maybe I'm just getting old. Get off my lawn.
