There was some Freedom/anti Trudeau rally right on the #2 north in Red Deer on Saturday. Screwed up traffic really good on the way to my daughters game, luckily parents ahead gave the heads up and I was FREE to just cut through Penhold and grab a Tim's and still make the game.
I feel like it may have started with a poster like Reggie showed us.

My buddy is the brother of a current nhl d-man who will be facing the Oilers in the coming days
I've instructed my friend to tell his brother to knock McDavid on his ass in that game when he starts doing his "right of way" thing out there. We're both in agreement that it needs to happen, even at the risk of getting burnt if he misses him. so hopefully his brother delivers

They did of course have to show McDavid shooting targets on the broadcast of tonight’s game. Michaels almost had cardiac arrest when he had to note that 8/8 wasn’t good enough to advance. Couldn’t mention why, or who was faster of course. Then said something along the lines of “not something worth dwelling on”. Haha, of course you’re dwelling on it.

So I was just looking at 5v5 stats...
#1 overall is Erik Karlsson with 51 5v5 points in 52 games. How crazy is that for a defenceman? 69 total points (18 PP points).
McBonehead, on the other hand: 44 5v5 points, 47 PP points. Talk about a guy who literally needs a man advantage in order to do anything.
